- Add Daily Visits to Passes, Recurring Plans, and Prepaid Plans

- Update pending purchase request page to limit each page to 10 purchase requests
- Update Welcome Email template to be more clear for clients who need to verify their email address
- Ability to remove a Client after a Course has ended

- Include Account Manager name in search results when enrolling a client into an event to help differentiate clients with similar names

- Update text for Courses so that Special Instructions for the Course and the Offering are known to be different
- Display Payroll staff list in alphabetical order by staff name
- Update text on make-up passes so that valid location usage is clear
- Email enrolled and/or waitlisted clients from the Roster
- Improve UI for MailChimp integration and limitations
