How to Bulk Cancel Scheduled Events

Owners and Managers can cancel a range of events at once using the Bulk Cancel tool on the Schedule page.

  • Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Warning

Cancelations Are Permanent

Bulk Cancelation is permanent and canceled events cannot be restored. If you accidentally cancel an event, you will need to manually add it back to the schedule.

Bulk Canceling

  1. From the Schedule page, click Bulk Cancel above the calendar.
  2. Set the following options:
    1. Start Date
    2. Start Time
    3. End Date
    4. End Time
      1. If it is a full day, set the end time to 11:55pm
  3. Set filters for:
    1. Services
    2. Staff
    3. Locations
    4. Rooms
  4. Click Continue.
  5. The default for these is No, but you may choose the following:
    1. Remove this event from the calendar? Yes or No
    2. Notify affected clients Yes or No
      1. Selecting Yes will require typing in a Note to send.
    3. Issue Makeups? Yes or No
      1. In order to issue makeup passes, you must have them configured for your services. The events also need to stay on the calendar.
      2. Select an option for Why is a make-up being issued? and add a note to it.

Note
If you select No, the original visit/credit is returned to the client's account balance for them to use on a future booking. Select Yes only if you want to issue a restricted makeup pass instead.

  1. Click Continue.
  2. Review the confirmation carefully. This change cannot be undone.
  3. Once satisfied with the changes, click Start Bulk Cancelation.
  4. You will see the progress of the cancelation request.

  5. A confirmation page will appear. Click Close.
