Welcome to Pike13! To assist you with setting up your site, your subscription includes 1 month of free onboarding that includes 4 scheduled 30 min calls. To assist you in managing your onboarding time, we have created a suggested timeline for launching in a month. If you wish to set up your site sooner, you can accelerate your timeline by combining weeks. If you need additional time, please reach out to your sales representative.
Week 1: First Onboarding Session
- Watch the Videos for Step 1 through 3 and add the following to your Pike13 site:
- Staff Members
- Services (Courses, Classes and Appointments)
- Complete Merchant Processing Application
- Schedule your 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your first onboarding call.
Week 2: Second Onboarding Sessions
- Watch the Videos for Step 4 and add the following to your Pike13 site:
- Passes
- Plans
- Schedule your 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your second onboarding call.
- Retrieve client data from the previous source*
* Files must be sent to your onboarding specialist in an excel or csv format. After your onboarding specialist receives the files, they will create draft import files, send them to you for review, finalize the files and import them in. Please allow a week from sending the files to importing in your data.
Week 3: Third Onboarding Session
- Watch the Videos for Step 5 and add the following to your Pike13 site:
- Advanced Settings
- Client Signup Setting
- Brand your Pike13 site
- Schedule your 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your third onboarding call.
- Schedule a date to have your active Clients, Passes, and Plans imported in
- Ensure Staff Members have claimed their accounts
Week 4: Final Onboarding Session
- Watch Video in Step 7 and set up a test client to ensure your site is configured correctly for your business
- Schedule your 30-minute call with your onboarding specialist and prepare a list of questions to discuss during your final onboarding call.
- Link Pike13 with Marketing Website
- Send Welcome Email to Imported Clients outside of Pike13
As you open up your site to clients, your onboarding specialist is here to assist in this final week of onboarding before introducing you to our Customer Care team.
