Client Data Import

The data import process, managed by your Onboarding Specialist, moves your active clients, along with their current passes and plans, into your Pike13 site.

Importing data does not happen automatically. You should time your import to include the most current data and allow time to carefully review it. Depending on your files, your Onboarding Specialist may need up to a week to import the data into your Pike13 site.

Import Prerequisites

To get started, you must have completed signing up for your Pike13 subscription, have a live merchant account (if applicable) and have the following setup:

Importing Data

  1. Send Excel or CSV files containing your active client data and current pass/plan information to your onboarding specialist.

  2. Your onboarding specialist will review the data and follow up if there are any questions.

  3. After review, draft import files will be created and sent to you for verification. This may take up to a week depending on the completeness and quality of the original data.

  4. Review the draft import files and make any necessary corrections.

  5. Return the final import files to your onboarding specialist.

  6. Your onboarding specialist will import the data into Pike13. This typically takes one business day.
