Prepaid Passes
Prepaid Passes allow clients to purchase a set number of visits upfront (e.g., a 10-pack). This allows you to collect full payment before services are rendered, bridging the gap between single drop-ins and long-term memberships.
You define the visit count and expiration period; Pike13 then automatically deducts one visit from the balance each time a client books a session.
Single Visit Passes
Single Visit Passes are automatically built for every service when setting up the Single-Visit Price. Pike13 uses this pass type to handle anyone paying for a single appointment or class.
-
Key Logic: It is valid only for the specific session it was purchased for.
-
Benefit: It removes the friction of requiring a multi-visit or prepaid pass for someone who wants to try a class one time.
