Credit Card Processing

Pike13 is not a payment processor and does not directly handle your credit/debit card or ACH transactions. Instead, we securely connect your site to a PCI-compliant gateway to manage payments safely and seamlessly. Only the Primary Owner of the business may request changes for payment processing.

How Credit Card Processing Works

Pike13 handles the interface, but our partners handle the money. Here is the step-by-step flow of a transaction:

  1. Checkout: A client enters their card details during a purchase in Pike13.

  2. Tokenization: Pike13 immediately encrypts and tokenizes the data. We never store raw credit card information.

  3. Transmission: Tokenized data is sent to your gateway, which acts as a secure bridge to banking networks.

  4. Authorization: The gateway communicates with the client's bank to approve or decline the charge.

  5. Settlement: Approved funds are batched, settled, and deposited into your merchant bank account.

Payment Processing Options

Our onboarding specialists can provide more details on the vendors we work with.

Celero Commerce (Preferred Partner)

Pike13 integrates with the Network Merchants, Inc. (NMI) gateway provided by Celero Commerce (formerly TransNational). This gateway links your Pike13 site directly to your merchant account. All sensitive data is stored within Celero’s encrypted, PCI-compliant vault.

  • Ready to start? For the fastest setup, apply with Celero to use surcharging functionality to help offset credit card fees.

  • Support: For help with your Celero account, email customersupport@celerocommerce.com.

Stripe

Stripe offers a streamlined, all-in-one integration for credit card processing.

  • Setup: To enable Stripe, contact help@pike13.com and setup a Stripe account.

  • Integration: Once enabled by our team, you can link your Stripe account credentials directly within your Pike13 settings to begin accepting payments.

Note

Security and PCI Compliance

By using these integrations, your business automatically adheres to strict security standards. Sensitive payment data is stored exclusively in the encrypted systems belonging to Celero or Stripe, reducing your liability while ensuring your clients' payment data is protected.
