Who can use this feature?
At the top of any class, course, or appointment roster you see a summary of open issues. Using a class example, under In this class you would see a list showing the names of the clients with issues to resolve like these:
Client's email address is incorrect
Client's payment card failed (Pike13 runs a client's card three times total, once every 24 hours, and the failed payment notification remains until resolved)
Client has not signed the waiver
No pass or plan
Client has no active plan or pass to pay for the visit
Client has an unpaid bill
Reconcile alerts on a roster
At the top of any Pike13 page, tap Schedule, and then tap the class that you want to check clients into.
On the class page, clients who are on the roster but not yet confirmed are listed above those who haven't paid, and both of these groups are listed above those who have paid. To filter the list of clients so it shows only those with a particular type of issue needing resolution, tap any of the links under In this class.
Do one of the following:
To see all resolution options, including more information related to the visit, resetting attendance, or removing the client from the roster, tap the More options button for each client.
To resolve an issue, tap its icon under the client's name. For help with resolving an issue, tap the question mark next to any notice.
