During the onboarding process, your onboarding specialist will assist you with moving your active clients and their current passes and plans into Pike13.
Importing does not happen automatically. You will want to time your import so you bring in the most current data. Plus, you will want to allow time to carefully review your data prior to importing and your onboarding specialist may need up to a week to import the data into your Pike13 site.
Prior to importing
To get started, you must have completed setup with a Pike13 subscription in good standing, have a live merchant account (if applicable) and have created in your Pike13 site:
Importing in your data
To begin the import process, let your onboarding specialist know that you will be sending over xls or csv files with your active client data and their current pass/plan data. Your onboarding specialist will first review the data and follow up with you if they have questions.
After they have reviewed the files, they will build your draft import files. Typically, your specialist will be able to send you the draft files for review within a week. The length of time will vary depending on the quality and completeness of the raw data that’s provided.
Once you have received the draft import files, you will need to review and make any necessary corrections. Once you have confirmed the data is correct and sent back the final import files, your Onboarding Specialist will import in the data into Pike13, which usually takes another business day.
Occasionally some data cannot be imported in due to a missing email, incorrect name or other errors. In this case, your onboarding specialist will send you the list of clients and the reason their data could not be imported in.
