How to Remove/Retire Items: Plans, Passes, & Merchandise
Whether you are cleaning up your site or seasonal offerings, you can remove items from your Pike13 store by either Deleting them or Stopping Sales.

Delete vs. Stop Selling

DELETE: Use this only if the item has never been sold and has no history. Deleting is permanent and removes the item entirely from your records.

STOP SELLING: Use this if the item has ever been sold. This hides the item from your store but preserves your financial reporting and historical data.

How to Stop Selling or Delete a Plan

Go to Settings and select Plans.

Choose the plan you wish to remove.

In the right-hand Actions menu, choose your option:

Stop Selling: The plan will move to your "Not Selling" list. Existing members will keep their plan until it expires or is canceled.

Delete: This option only appears if the plan has zero purchase history.

Confirm your choice.
How to Stop Selling or Delete a Pass

Go to Settings and select Passes.

Click on the name of the pass.

In the Actions menu on the right:

Stop Selling: New clients can no longer buy this pass, but clients who currently own it can still use their remaining visits.

Delete: Only available if no one has ever purchased or been assigned this pass.

Confirm to save your changes.
How to Stop Selling or Delete Merchandise

Go to Settings and select Merchandise.

Select the specific product.

In the Actions menu:

Stop Selling: This immediately removes the item from your Store and Point of Sale.

Delete: Use this only for items created in error that have no transaction history.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I accidentally deleted something?
Deletion is permanent. If an item had no history, you will need to recreate it from scratch. If it had history, the system likely prevented you from deleting it, and you should see it grayed out in plan, passes or merchandise list.
Where do "Stop Selling" items go?
They will appear grayed out at the bottom within their respective settings category list (Plans, Passes, or Merchandise). You can reactivate them at any time by selecting Start Selling.
Does "Stop Selling" cancel existing memberships?
No. Stopping sales only prevents new purchases. Any client currently on a plan will remain on that plan until you manually cancel their specific membership or it reaches its end date.
