Delete or Stop Selling Merchandise

When businesses change, so can Pike13. If you want to discontinue sales of a particular type of merchandise, you can either stop selling it or delete it from your merchandise listed in Pike13. Once merchandise has been sold, it may not be deleted, but you can still prevent new sales from happening.

  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Stop Selling or Delete Merchandise

  1. Click on Settings at the top of any page, then click Merchandise.
  2. Choose the Merchandise you wish to stop selling or remove.
  3. Click on Stop Selling or Delete on the right hand side.
    1. You may only Delete merchandise if it has never been sold.
    2. Once merchandise has been sold you can only Stop Selling it.

Resume Selling Merchandise

You can start selling suspended merchandise again by selecting the suspended merchandise and choosing to Resume Selling.
