A Visitor is an anonymous person browsing your Pike13 website who has not yet signed in or created a profile.
-
Capabilities: They can view your schedule and services.
-
Transition: When a visitor attempts to enroll in a class or make a purchase, they are prompted to log in or create a profile. Once the profile is created, they will be a Client.
Clients
A Client is anyone who has a created a profile with your business.
-
Capabilities: They can log in, buy passes and plans, enroll in classes, and book appointments based on configured settings.
-
Status: This is the default status for anyone with a profile in your system.
Members
A Member is a specific type of Client who holds an active Pass or Plan that grants membership status.
-
How to designate: In the settings for a Pass or Plan, there is a setting labeled Are clients who buy this considered members? If set to Yes, any client with and active plan or pass of that type is considered a Member.
-
Benefits:
-
Reporting: You can filter reports to distinguish between casual drop-ins (Clients) and committed Members.
-
Exclusive Access: You can create products or classes that are restricted so only Members can purchase or enroll in them.
-
Non-Clients
A Non-Client is typically a parent or guardian who manages an account for a dependent but does not participate in services themselves.
-
Role: They act as the Account Manager to pay bills and sign waivers for their dependents.
-
Restrictions: Because they are not taking classes themselves, they:
-
Do not need to sign a waiver for themselves.
-
Do not appear on class rosters.
-
Note: A non-client can become a client at any time if they enroll in a service or purchase a plan/pass for themselves.
