The Difference Between an Account and a Profile

Your Account: This is your "Master Key." It’s your email address and password. You use this to log in to Pike13, no matter which business you are visiting.

Your Profile: This is your "Digital Persona" at a specific business. It contains your specific waivers, visit history, and passes for that gym or school.
Managing Your Family (Account Managers & Dependents)
If you are a parent or guardian, you are the Account Manager. You hold the "Master Key" (the Account) used to manage Dependents (your children or family members).
How this makes your life easier:

How to Switch Between Profiles
Once you are signed in, navigating between your own profiles or your family members is simple:

Select your Name or Profile Icon in the top right corner of the screen.

A dropdown menu will appear listing your name, the businesses you visit, and any Dependents linked to your account.

Click the name of the person or business you want to view.

The dashboard will update to show that specific person's schedule, passes, and history.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can my spouse also manage our children? Yes! A child (Dependent) can be linked to multiple Account Managers. Each parent can use their own unique email and password.
Why can't I see my child's profile? If a family member is missing from your dropdown menu, the business may not have linked them to your email address yet. Please contact the business directly to have them "link" the profiles.
Why do I have multiple profiles for myself? You will have a separate profile for every business that uses Pike13. For example, if you go to "CrossFit A" and "Yoga Studio B," you have one Account but two distinct Profiles. This ensures your data and waivers stay private to each business.
