Our support team will note the account and guide you on any backend contract updates.

At the top of any Pike13 page, click Staff.
-
Click on + New Staff Member.

-
Fill out the profile details and set the Role to Owner.
-
-
Update Owner to Primary Owner:
Note: There can only be one Primary Owner. This action automatically demotes you to the standard Owner role.-
Ensure you are logged in as the current Primary Owner.
-
At the top of any Pike13 page, click Advanced Settings.
-
In the Your Pike13 Business section, click Primary Owner.
-
Click Change Primary Owner.
-
Select the new Primary Owner from the dropdown.
-
Click Save.
-
Update Pike13 Billing
Ensure the monthly software fees are charged to the new owner's credit card, not the old one.
Follow the steps in the Paying for Pike13 article to update the card on file that pays for your Pike13 subscription.
Send a follow-up email to help@pike13.com to confirm the card has been updated.
Transfer Merchant Processing
This step ensures client payments go to the new owner's bank account.
You must contact your Merchant Service Provider (e.g., Stripe, Celero) directly to request a change of ownership.
-
Warning regarding Saved Credit Cards: Pike13 does not store client credit card numbers; your merchant processor does.
-
If the new owner sets up a brand new merchant account (rather than taking over the existing one), your clients' saved cards will not transfer automatically. You may need to request a "Data Migration" from your processor to move the credit card tokens to the new account.
