Scheduling Course Times

1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Settings then click Services.
2. Select the class you wish to modify.
3. Ensure you are on the page showing Course, Details, Registration, Cancellation, Website Settings, and Pay Rates.
   
4. Click + Course Occurrence.
   
5. Enter the following details:
   1. Name: This defaults to the service name, but it can be customized. E.g. Summer Camp 2026, or 2026 Instructor Training.
   2. Location: Available if your business has multiple locations.
   3. Start date and time
   4. End time
   5. Repeats:
      1. Does not repeat: This is a single session being scheduled.
      2. Daily: This class will recur every day forever, after a certain date or after a number of occurrences.
      3. Weekly: This class will recur on selected days of the week on a weekly basis forever, after a certain date or after a number of occurrences.
   6. Instructed by: Add the instructor for this series. You may leave this blank or even add multiple instructors.
   7. Special instructions for enrolled clients: This is emailed to clients enrolled in the service for reminders or special instructions.
6. Click Finish to save the offering.

For camps or courses that occur every week, set up additional courses by clicking + Course Occurrence and repeat the steps above.

Adding to an Existing Course Occurrence

1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Settings then click Services.
2. Select the course you wish to modify.
3. Select the series you want to add additional days/times to.
   
4. Click + Add Another Time.
   
5. Enter the following details:
   1. Location: Available if your business has multiple locations.
   2. Start date and time
   3. End time
   4. Repeats:
      1. Does not repeat: This is a single session being scheduled.
      2. Daily: This class will recur every day forever, after a certain date or after a number of occurrences.
      3. Weekly: This class will recur on selected days of the week on a weekly basis forever, after a certain date or after a number of occurrences.
   5. Instructed by: Add the instructor for this series. You may leave this blank or even add multiple instructors.
6. Click Finish to save the changes.
