Having completed Step Three, you now have services that your clients can choose to enroll in. The next step is creating passes and plans that your clients will purchase to pay for the classes and appointments they take at your Studio.
In Pike, we have 3 different products that clients can purchase: a pass, prepaid plan or a recurring plan.
A pass is basically a punch card. Clients who purchase a pass will pay for a set number of visits and they must use all their visits before their pass expires.
A prepaid plan is paid for upfront and is active for a set period of time. With a prepaid plan, you can offer unlimited visits or set limits on the number of visits per week or per month the plan will cover.
A recurring plan will automatically bill a client weekly, monthly or yearly. Like the prepaid plan, you can also create recurring plans with a set number of visits each week or month, or an unlimited number of visits.
In this series, we will go over these products vary and how to create each one.
If you have created all courses, courses cannot be paid for with passes or plans. In this case, go ahead and skip to Step Five.
Introduction
In this video, we walk through the differences between a client purchasing a pass, prepaid plan and a recurring plan.
Pass
A pass allows your clients to purchase a product that is good for a certain number of visits to classes and/or appointments.
Prepaid Plan
Prepaid Plans are similar to a Pass. The difference is a prepaid plan allows you to set up a product that is good for unlimited visits or a certain number of visits per week or per month.

Recurring Plan
A recurring plan will automatically bill your clients on a periodic basis. In Pike13, you can set the period for every month, week, or year as well as a set number of times (ex. every 3 months). With a recurring plan, you can also limit visits to a number of visits per week or per month.
