Your Schedule
The main section of the Today Tab displays your staff schedule for the current day, including:
- Upcoming classes and appointments you are assigned to
- Session times, locations, and client counts
- A list or calendar view toggle so you can choose how you prefer to see the day
Notifications and Schedule Alerts
On the right-hand side of the Today Tab, under Notifications and Schedule, you'll find a set of at-a-glance alerts that highlight items requiring follow-up.
Pending Purchase Requests
Clients have been sent purchase suggestions (for passes, plans, or products) that they haven't yet accepted or declined.
- Click Pending purchase requests on the Today Tab.
- Review the list — requests are shown newest first.
- Follow up with clients as needed, or cancel requests that are no longer relevant.
TIP
Purchase requests don't expire on their own, so it's a good habit to review this list regularly to keep things tidy. You can also track them under Reporting > Financials > Invoices and filtering by Purchase Request status.
Birthdays This Week
Here is a count of clients who have birthdays this week. Use this as a fun opportunity to reach out and make clients feel appreciated.
Note
A count of 0 simply means no clients have birthdays on record this week.
Unsigned Waivers
Clients who are missing a required waiver signature on their account.
- Click the Unsigned waivers alert to see who is affected.
- Reach out to those clients and ask them to complete their waiver before participating in services.
- Clients can sign waivers online through their client profile or at check-in.
Unpaid Invoices
Clients have open invoices that have not been paid.
- Click the Unpaid invoices alert to view the outstanding balances.
- You can collect payment directly from a client's profile, or reach out to arrange payment.
- For a full report, go to Reporting > Financials > Invoices.
Clients with Account Credit
Some clients have a positive account credit balance on their profile — money that can be applied toward future purchases.
What to do:
- No immediate action is required, but this is useful to know when a client is checking out.
- Account credits are applied automatically at checkout or can be manually applied when processing a payment.
Tip
If a client asks about their balance, you can view and manage their account credit from their client profile page.
