Your Pike13 Dashboard is the central hub for managing your schedule, payments, and family profiles. Whether you are accessing it via a web browser or a mobile device, this guide will help you navigate your account and manage your activity.

Dashboard Main Page
When you first log in, the Main Page provides a snapshot of your current status.

Important Notices: Located at the very top. This section alerts you to urgent actions, such as signing a waiver, updating an expired credit card, or addressing an overdue payment.

Upcoming Schedule: A chronological list of your next classes, appointments, or course sessions.

Bills: A summary of upcoming automated payments for your recurring plans.

Plans & Passes: A list of your currently active memberships and punch-cards.
Tip
Mobile Users: If you are on a smartphone, tap the Three-Bar Icon (Hamburger Menu) in the top-left corner to reveal the side navigation menu.
Navigating the Side Menu
The side menu is your map to the deeper settings of your account. You can access the following sections:
Your Pike13 Account (Profile Settings)
This is where you manage your personal identity within the business.

Edit Profile: Change your contact information, address, and profile photo.

Security: Update your password and manage login preferences.

Notifications: Choose how you want to receive reminders (Email or SMS).
People You Manage (Dependents & Family)
In Pike13, family members or children are referred to as Managed Clients.

Switch Profiles: Use this section to toggle between your profile and a dependent's profile to book classes on their behalf.

Add/Remove: You can link existing profiles or create new ones for family members here.
Plans & Passes
While the main dashboard shows "Active" plans, this section provides the full history.

Active: Current memberships.

Inactive/Canceled: View past plans to see when they expired.

Remaining Visits: Check exactly how many sessions are left on a punch-card (Limited Pass).
Viewing Your History
The History tab is your digital paper trail. It is divided into two primary categories:

Attendance History: A full log of every class or appointment you have attended, missed (No-show), or canceled. This is helpful for tracking your progress or verifying a late-cancel fee.

Transaction/Payment History: View and download past invoices, receipts, and proof of purchase for tax or reimbursement purposes.
Managing Your Schedule
You can perform most scheduling actions directly from the Upcoming Schedule section on the main page.

How to Cancel a Visit: Locate the visit in your Upcoming Schedule, click the name of the session, and select Cancel.

Note on Cancellation Policies: If you cancel outside of the business's "Early Cancel" window, it may be marked as a Late Cancel, and a visit/fee may still apply.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I manage multiple family members with one login? A: Yes. Under the People You Manage section, you can link all family members to one primary account and switch between them easily.
Q: Where do I update my credit card? A: Navigate to Your Account > Payment Methods. If a card is expired, an alert will also appear in the Important Notices section of your main dashboard.
Q: Why can't I see my past classes on the main page? A: The main page only shows upcoming events. To see past activity, go to the side menu and select History.
