Setting up a Passkey
A passkey lets you sign in to Pike13 with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN instead of typing your password. Passkeys are stored on your device or in your password manager, and unlike passwords, they can't be guessed or phished.

Who can use this feature?
Pike13 Plans: ✅ Premium, ✅ Advanced, ✅ Essential
User Roles: ✅ Primary Owner, ✅ Owner, ✅ Manager, ✅ Staff, ✅ Limited Staff, ✅ Client
Warning
Passkeys work in a web browser on your computer or phone. They aren't available in the Client App, Branded App, or Staff App yet.
Before You Begin
- Sign in to Pike13 with your email and password.
- Make sure your device can create passkeys. Most current computers and phones can, using tools like Windows Hello, Touch ID, Face ID, or your phone's screen lock.
Adding a Passkey
- Sign in to Pike13.
- Click your profile picture in the top right, then click My Account.
- In the passkeys section, click Add Passkey.
- Choose where to save your passkey. The options you see depend on your browser and device.
- Follow your browser's prompts to confirm with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN.
- Your new passkey appears in the list on My Account.
NOTE
If you cancel partway through, you'll see a Passkey Setup cancelled message and return to My Account. Nothing is saved, and you can try again at any time.
NOTE
Passkey changes save right away. You don't need to click Save at the bottom of the My Account page.
Adding More Than One Passkey
You can add a passkey for each device you use, such as your work computer, home laptop, and phone. Adding a new passkey doesn't replace your others. Each one is listed separately on My Account.
Signing In With Your Passkey
On the Pike13 sign in page, click Sign in with a Passkey, then confirm with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN when your browser asks.
TIP
Keep your password even after you add a passkey. It always works, and you'll need it to sign in on a device that doesn't have a passkey yet.
Removing a Passkey
You can see and remove your passkeys from My Account. Removing a passkey from Pike13 doesn't delete it from your device or password manager, so you may want to delete it there too.
