New Features

Renew Recurring Plans with a New Term Duration
Owners and managers can now renew a recurring plan with a different term duration than the original. This gives businesses more flexibility when a client wants to continue with a modified commitment period.

Invoice Settings Now in Advanced Settings
Invoice customization options are now accessible directly from Advanced Settings, making it easier to find and configure how your invoices look and behave without digging through multiple menus.

Services Now Show Their Linked Skill Program
When viewing a service, staff can now see which Skill Program it is linked to — making it easier to understand how your schedule connects to your skill tracking setup.

 Fixes & Improvements

Billing & Payments

  • Modifying a pass or pack in the cart was leading to a 404 error — fixed
  • Applying a promotion was preventing staff from completing checkout in certain cases — resolved
  • Surcharging section now only appears on paid invoice receipts when a credit card was used
  • Altering a billing day was incorrectly prorating the following bill — fixed
  • Account credit changes are now tracked and reportable

Schedule & Enrollment

  • The Unpaid tab was showing no results despite existing unpaid visits after pagination — fixed
  • Canceling an edit of a skill program was incorrectly redirecting to the wrong page — resolved
  • Search input on the Skill Tracking page was clearing automatically after entering text — fixed
  • An event was returning a 500 error when being canceled from the schedule page — fixed
  • Navigating back to the schedule was resetting the time to the earliest slot rather than returning to the previous position — fixed

Clients & Profiles

  • The back button from within a client profile area now correctly returns to the previous page
  • "Already enrolled" was appearing twice when a client was enrolled in a service — fixed
  • Visits were not deducting from client passes in certain scenarios — resolved

Notes

  • Notes drafts now auto-save, so work isn't lost if you navigate away before saving
  • Expired purchase requests are now handled correctly

Other Fixes

  • Invoice proration wording updated from "to" to "through" for clarity
  • Timezone information was being discarded on event creation submission — fixed
  • German language updates applied throughout the product
