October 2026 Updates

New Features

Easier Google Enhanced Conversions Tracking Your client-facing confirmation pages for enrollments and purchases now include a stable, hidden email identifier that Google Enhanced Conversions can read automatically, with no custom setup required. If you use Pike13's Google Analytics 4 integration, the client's email is now also passed along with purchase and enrollment events, which is the most reliable way to power Enhanced Conversions where it's available. This helps you get more accurate conversion data from your Google Ads campaigns.

Fixes & Improvements

Payments & Billing

  • Unused visits from the first billing cycle of a recurring plan with rollover enabled weren't rolling over to the next cycle; first-cycle visits now roll over correctly going forward, just like later cycles.
  • Some pass and plan product settings pages showed an error when opened; these pages now load as expected.
  • The Balances page could show an error when displaying certain plans; it now loads correctly.

Scheduling & Calendar

  • Editing group pricing on some appointment-based services could result in an error; you can now update this pricing without issue.
  • Some clients were unable to complete a class enrollment or payment because of an error during checkout; enrollment and payment now go through as expected.

Staff Tools & General

  •  Staff notifications older than 90 days are now archived automatically and no longer count toward your notification badge, which helps pages load faster for staff with large notification backlogs. Archived notifications are still available under the Archived filter, and this was applied to all existing notifications.

Mobile

  • A long business name could overlap the close (X) icon in the mobile navigation menu; the icon now stays visible and easy to tap.
  • On mobile, the Add and Disable buttons in My Account > Two-Factor Authentication overlapped the Enabled/Disabled labels; this section is now properly spaced and easy to read.

API

  • Limited Staff can now use the Core API to retrieve their own appointment details, rather than receiving a "403 Forbidden" error.

 Under the Hood

  • For businesses using the GA4 integration, the client's email is now set before purchase and join-group events fire, supporting Enhanced Conversions.
  • Resolved a backend error that could occur during class enrollment when a related record had unsaved changes.
