New Features

Improved Checkout Experience
An updated checkout experience will be available for businesses on the Celero Surcharging gateway, featuring real-time updates and a streamlined payment flow for both staff and clients. Contact Pike13 to learn more. 

Room Availability for Bookings
Owners and managers can now specify when a room is available for client bookings independently of staff availability. This gives businesses more flexibility in how they configure their spaces — a room no longer requires a dedicated staff member to be bookable.

Room Picker Now Filters by Location
When scheduling an event, the room picker now only shows rooms associated with the selected location. Staff at multi-location businesses will only see rooms relevant to where the event is being held.

Calendar Start Time Filter
Staff can now set a preferred start time for Day and Week calendar views. Using the Calendar Settings modal, staff can hide early hours they don't need to see — and the preference saves and persists across sessions.

Improved Calendar List View
The schedule list view has been redesigned for both staff and clients:

  • Rows now alternate colors for easier scanning
  • The full row is now clickable — not just a small link
  • Events are ordered by start time
  • Past events are now visually distinct from upcoming ones, making it easy to see at a glance what has already happened

Self-Service Cancellation from Billing Page
Primary Owners can now submit a cancellation request directly from the Billing page (Settings → Billing Info) without needing to contact support. The flow includes a date picker for the last day of service (minimum 30 days out) and acknowledgment steps. Non-primary owners will see a prompt directing them to the Primary Owner.

Unpaid Invoices & Upcoming Visits on Today Page
A new item in the Today page side pane shows clients with unpaid invoices and upcoming visits. Clicking it opens a list with each client's name, invoice number, due date, amount, and visit date — all linked for quick access.

Skill Tracking —  Program Insights & Progress Warnings 
The Student Skill Tracking Program page now displays each student's total sessions and hours invested in a program at a glance. Staff will also see a warning when modifying skills within a program, flagging that changes may affect student progress — for example, adding a new skill could revert a completed program to in-progress. rt to in-progress if a new skill is added.

Room Location Now Visible on Rooms Settings Page
The Settings → Rooms page now displays the associated location beneath each room name, so staff no longer need to open each room to identify which location it belongs to.

Receipts Now Show Merchandise Options and Add-Ons
When merchandise is sold with specific options (size, color) or add-ons, those selections now appear on the receipt — making it easy for clients and staff to confirm exactly what was ordered.

 Fixes & Improvements

Billing & Payments

  • Tax-inclusive invoice display fixed — invoices now correctly show a single total with tax included, rather than appearing to add tax on top
  • Invoice quantity now correctly displays the actual number of items purchased rather than always showing "1"
  • Gift card emails were not being sent when an invoice failed to fully close — resolved
  • Punchcard expiration emails were showing an incorrect number of visits about to expire — fixed
  • Changing a plan's billing day now correctly updates the billing cycle without incorrectly prorating the following bill
  • Invoices broken by a forward slash in a client phone number — fixed
  • Invoice status was getting stuck on "Refunded" after a subsequent payment was applied — fixed
  • Dependent email is now correctly used in cart and checkout when the dependent has their own email on file
  • Invoice rendering error caused by a nil related record has been resolved
  • Raw HTML tags were appearing as literal text in invoice line item descriptions — fixed
  • Invoice emails now render correctly in Gmail

Checkout

  • When a card was declined at checkout, attempting to add a different payment method was failing with token errors — fixed
  • Applying a promotion was preventing staff from finishing checkout in certain cases — resolved
  • Modifying a pass or pack in the cart was leading to a 404 error — fixed
  • One-time checkout: clients are now prevented from removing items during a one-time checkout session to avoid broken checkout states
  • Invoice close failure during checkout callback has been resolved — payments that went through were occasionally leaving invoices unclosed

Waivers & Documents

  • Waiver send buttons were non-functional in certain cases — fixed
  • Documents with missing required information were not sending — resolved
  • Waiver signing was failing due to a controller error — resolved

Skill Tracking

  • Skill rating history from previous appointments now correctly displays in subsequent lessons — instructors can now see what prior instructors have already rated
  • The Student Program page now clearly indicates it is read-only, reducing confusion about where ratings are entered
  • Skill Program enroll button was present but not working — clicking it now correctly opens the Services tab
  • The prerequisite picker on the program edit page was redirecting to a new page instead of opening inline — fixed
  • The Levels page was going blank when removing a skill or clicking the Gear icon — fixed
  • Canceling while editing a skill program was redirecting to the wrong page — resolved
  • Search input on the Skill Tracking page was clearing automatically after entering text — fixed

Schedule & Calendar

  • Navigating from a client or staff profile to the calendar was causing the calendar to get stuck in a loading state — fixed
  • Client names were not showing in the schedule list view for classes and courses following the list view redesign — fixed
  • Kiosk check-in was incorrectly showing a "Your account needs attention" warning for all students — now only shows for genuine account issues
  • The mobile schedule was being obscured by a bottom info banner, hiding upcoming entries — fixed
  • Signing into an OAuth-connected app was logging staff out of Pike13 — fixed
  • Navigation bar was disappearing when viewing punchcard details — fixed
  • Past events in the list view were not visually distinct from upcoming events — fixed

Clients & Enrollment

  • "Already enrolled" message on course pages was showing even when a client's dependants could still enroll — message updated for accuracy
  • Age eligibility bypass via birthdate removal in Skill Programs has been closed
  • "See what client sees" button was redirecting staff to their own Today page instead of the client view — fixed
  • Guest accounts were being incorrectly created in certain checkout scenarios — resolved
  • Client import was allowing multiple records with the same email address — fixed
  • Account email changes were failing after a library upgrade — fixed
  • New trial account claiming was failing when MFA appeared before a password was set — resolved

Notifications & Communications

  • Private notes on client profiles were silently failing to save — fixed
  • Purchase request records were not being created despite the email being sent successfully — fixed
  • Email OTP code validity was outliving the pending MFA session window — fixed
  • Stripe ACSS bank account pre-authorized debit agreement was not saving correctly during manual entry — fixed

Staff App

  • Staff App version 3.0.8 includes a fix for frequent sign-in prompts — update via the App Store or Google Play. Once updated, checking "Keep me signed in on this device" after MFA will keep you signed in for at least 30 days

Other Fixes

  • Business Settings state field was triggering a false validation error when updating the Primary Business Address — fixed
  • "Book Room" button was showing for rooms not configured for booking — fixed
  • ClassPass logo was causing the Apps & Add-Ons settings page to fail to load — fixed
  • Invoice reference in one-time link history was being erased when a cart item was deleted — now correctly retained
  • Business name is now passed to Stripe customer profiles for better payment reconciliation
