 New Features

Price Change Tool — Now Available for All Businesses
Owners and managers can now schedule and apply price changes to recurring plans with greater control and clarity. The Price Change Tool is now enabled for every Pike13 business, with an improved interface that makes it easier to understand what's changing and when.

Category Filter for Services Page
Staff and clients can now filter the Services page by category, making it faster to find the right service — especially helpful for businesses with a large catalog.

Floating Toolbar on Schedule List View
The schedule list view now features a floating toolbar and header that stays accessible as you scroll — a welcome improvement for busy staff managing packed schedules.

Staff Appointment Availability — 6 Month Limit
Availability slots older than 6 months are now automatically hidden from staff profiles, keeping scheduling information current and clutter-free.

Fixes & Improvements

Billing & Payments

  • Cancellation fee invoices are no longer incorrectly swept up by the stale invoice cleanup process — and cancellation fee invoices that should be removed when an end date is set to a past date are now correctly deleted
  • Late fees can now be correctly charged to an Account Manager when applicable
  • Group rate price changes on the effective date now correctly validate existing memberships before applying
  • The scheduled group rate price change table was displaying incorrect numbers — this has been fixed

Schedule & Enrollment

  • The schedule auto-scroll now correctly targets the first event occurrence when filters are applied
  • The roster now shows a pending state during background visit creation, so staff can see when processing is in progress
  • Enrolling a client in an event from the staff side was showing a poorly formatted page on some screens — resolved
  • A confusing error message when changing the number of visits on a plan has been improved

Clients & Profiles

  • The calendar settings modal was blank for clients — fixed
  • A client could not be deleted when staff-side cancellations were present — this has been resolved so owners can delete clients as expected
  • The "Join Waitlist" button on the schedule widget was continuing to appear after the waitlist was turned off — corrected

Notifications & Display

  • Staff profile pictures were not always displaying correctly in email notifications-fixed
  • Messaging when editing a recurring event has been updated for clarity
  • Radio button options on the Client Signup Email settings page were unresponsive — fixed
  • South Africa currency was displaying incorrectly — now resolved
  • A paid invoice was incorrectly showing an unpaid notice in certain cases — fixed
  • Form label discrepancy between "account credit" and "account debit" has been corrected

  • Sidekiq workers re-prioritized for improved background job performance
  • AWS SDK gem upgraded
  • Bot web crawlers blocked from excessive hits on appointment pages
  • MailChimp query performance improved
