How do I update a service's summary?

The Service Summary is a brief description of your appointment or class and serves as the primary way clients identify what they are signing up for across


Who can use this feature?

  • Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Updating Service Summaries

  1. Go to Settings > Services.
  2. Choose the service you want to change.
  3. Select the Website Settings tab.
  4. Click Edit next to Service Summary.
  5. Update your summary and click Save.
