How do I set a registration window?

This setting allows you to control the cutoff time for client sign-ups.

• Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
• User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Setting Registration Windows

You can change the amount of time before the start of a service in which a client can register for the service by following the steps below:

1. Go to Settings > Services.
2. Choose the service you want to update.
3. Select Registration tab.
4. Click Edit next to Enrollment Window for Registering Online.
5. Select how far in advance clients can enroll and how soon before the event they can register online.
6. Click Save.
