How can I stop clients from enrolling online?
Configure online registration to prevent clients enrolling online so only staff can enroll
Who can use this feature?
- Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
- User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff
Configuring Online Registration
Online registration settings can be configured to not allow clients and/or members to enroll by:
- Go to Settings > Services.
- Choose the service you want to update.
- Select the Registration tab.
- Click Edit next to Online Registration.
- Uncheck the box next to clients and/or members to prevent them from registering online.
- Click Save.
