How can I stop clients from enrolling online?

Configure online registration to prevent clients enrolling online so only staff can enroll 

Who can use this feature?

  • Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Configuring Online Registration

Online registration settings can be configured to not allow clients and/or members to enroll by:

  1. Go to Settings > Services.
  2. Choose the service you want to update.
  3. Select the Registration tab.
  4. Click Edit next to Online Registration.
  5. Uncheck the box next to clients and/or members to prevent them from registering online.
  6. Click Save.
