How to Cancel your Pike13 Subscription
The method for canceling your Pike13 subscription depends on how your business pays its invoices.
Standard Billing (via Stripe): Follow the Self-Service Cancellation Workflow below.- At the top of any page, navigate to Settings ➡️ Billing Info.
- Under the Pike13 Billing section (formerly Plan Summary), you will see your original terms acceptance date and contract renewal target date.
- Click the Request Pike13 Cancellation button.
- Review and Acknowledge Policies: In the modal that appears, you must check the required boxes confirming you understand the 30-day notice requirement and the 50% early termination contract balance terms.
- Select Your Last Day of Service: Use the date picker calendar to choose your closing date.
- Click Submit Cancellation Request.
Once submitted, your site will remain operational until midnight at the end of your selected Last Day of Service (in your business's local time zone). The Primary Owner will receive a follow-up email confirming the next steps.
Note:
The system enforces the 30-day notice policy, meaning your soonest selectable option is 30 days from today. You can select a date up to 365 days out.
Please email help@pike13.com from your Primary Owner email address to submit your 30-day notice manually.
Before your cancellation is processed, please read the following carefully.
Contract & Early Termination: Pike13 subscriptions are on an annual contract and automatically renew at the end of each contract term. You can view your current renewal date in the Billing section of your Pike13 site.
If you cancel before your annual renewal date, an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract balance from your renewal date will be invoiced at the time of cancellation. The 30-day notice period does not waive this fee.
30-Day Notice Required: Pike13 requires a 30-day notice for all cancellations. Your account will remain active and billable during this notice period.
Exit Interview Required: Before we finalize your cancellation, you will be scheduled for a short exit interview with a member of our team via Zoom. This typically takes 5–10 minutes. Our goal is to understand your experience, address any unresolved issues, and gather feedback to improve our product and services. Your cancellation will not be processed until this step is complete.
Additional Notes:
- Only the Primary Owner of the account may submit a cancellation request. If you're unsure who that is, contact help@pike13.com or use the button on the Billing page in your Pike13 site.
- Refunds are not provided for past subscription periods where the service was active and available for use.
- Ensure you export your financial and client reports before your final day of service, as access to the dashboard will be removed once the cancellation is finalized.
