How to Request an Account Cancellation
If you need to cancel your account, you can submit a cancellation request through our cancellation form found at the bottom of this page.
Before we finalize the cancellation, we ask customers to complete a short exit interview with our team. This step helps us better understand your experience and the reason for your cancellation request.
The exit interview typically takes 5–10 minutes and can be completed in one of two ways:

Zoom meeting with a member of our team, or

Email exchange if you prefer not to meet live.

Important Notes:
- Only the Primary Owner of the account may submit a cancelation request. If you're unsure who the Primary Owner is, please reach out to
help@pike13.com. - 30-Day Notice Required: Pike13 requires a 30-day notice for all cancelations. Your account will remain active and billable during this notice period.
- Subscription Policy: Refunds are not provided for past subscription periods where the service was active and available for use.
- Ensure you export your financial and client reports before your final day of service, as access to the dashboard will be removed once the cancelation is finalized.
