How do I remove a client from my client list?

Learn how to hide, delete, and reactivate clients in Pike13. Run reports to manage hidden or deleted clients and keep your client list up-to-date.

  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Hide a client

Hiding a client removes their name from the client list but keeps their profile and history accessible in Pike13 and reporting. Hidden clients are still searchable, remain in MailChimp, and are marked as hidden

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Clients.
  2. Select the client that you want to hide.
  3. At the right under Advanced Actions, select Hide [client's name], and then click OK.

Warning

Billing Hidden clients

Hiding a client does not stop billing the client, nor does it cancel their registration in future appointments, classes, and courses. To stop that client's billing process, cancel each of their plans and passes.

Reactivate a hidden client

You can add a hidden client back to your client list by reactivating them from their profile.

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Clients.
  2. In the search box enter the name of the client that you want to reactivate, and then click the client's name.
  3. At the right under Advanced Actions, select Reactivate [client's name], and then click OK.

Delete a client

Deleting a client removes their profile from your client list but their history remains in your Pike13 business reports and service attendance lists.

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Clients.
  2. Select the client that you want to delete.
  3. At the right under Advanced Actions, select Delete [client's name]'s profile, and then click OK.

Reactivate a deleted client

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click the bar graph icon.
  2. Select Clients & Staff.
  3. Choose the Clients report, select Details.
  4. Click on the name of the deleted client.
  5. From here, choose undo to reactivate the client.

Run a report for hidden or deleted clients

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click on Analytics & Reporting, select Clients & Staff, then choose the Clients report.
  2. In the Clients report, select Details. Once this loads, select Filter, and then do one of the following:
    • To exclude all hidden and deleted clients from the report, choose the Client Status filter, set it to equals Active, and then click Apply.
    • To list only hidden clients in the report, choose the Client Status filter, equals Hidden to find hidden clients or Delete to find deleted clients, and then click Apply.
