Staff Notification Types

Pike13 staff and clients can manage a lot of their own activity. To keep a pulse on the action easily, use the built-in notification settings so that you always know what's going on.

Who can use this feature?

  • Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ✅Staff, ✅Limited Staff

Limited Staff Members

Limited Staff Members may receive these notification types:

  • Billing

    • None

  • Attendance

    • Attendance for a class or appointment has not been confirmed

  • Scheduling

    • A client booked or canceled an appointment with you

    • A client booked or canceled a class with you

    • A client booked or canceled a course with you

  • Client Management

    • None

Staff Members

Staff Members may receive these notification types:

  • Billing

    • A client updates a purchase you requested

  • Attendance

    • A spot is available for a class with clients on the waitlist

    • A client visit is unpaid

    • A client is missing a waiver

    • Attendance for a class or appointment has not been confirmed

  • Scheduling

    • A client booked or canceled an appointment with you

    • A client booked or canceled a class with you

    • A client booked or canceled a course with you

  • Client Management

    • None

Managers

Managers may receive these notification types:

  • Billing

    • A client's payment fails or is overdue

    • A staff member discounts a purchase

    • A staff member refunds or voids a purchase

    • A staff member or client updates a purchase request

    • A client updates a purchase you requested

  • Attendance

    • A spot is available for a class with clients on the waitlist

    • A client visit is unpaid

    • A client is missing a waiver

    • Attendance for a class or appointment has not been confirmed

  • Scheduling

    • A client booked or canceled an appointment with you

    • A client booked or canceled a class with you

    • A client booked or canceled a course with you

    • A client booked or canceled an appointment with another staff member

    • A client booked or canceled a class with another staff member

    • A client booked or canceled a course with another staff member

    • A client canceled their attendance of a group class

    • One staff member is substituted for another in a class or appointment

  • Client Management

    • A staff member adds a client

    • A client signs up online

    • A staff member sells something

    • A client buys something

    • A client's credit card expires soon

    • A staff member adds a note to a client's profile

    • A staff member posts a note in a class, course, or appointment

    • A staff member places a plan on hold

    • A client's plan or pass is expiring with no other plan or pass to replace it

    • A client's recurring plan is about to expire

    • A client's prepaid membership is about to expire

    • A client's pass is about to expire

    • A client has only one visit remaining on a pass

    • A staff member issues a make-up

    • A client signed a document

Owners and Primary Owners

Owners and Primary Owners may receive these notification types:

  • Billing
