Configuring Invoice Settings

Pike13's Invoice Settings give you control over what appears on every invoice sent to your clients. From displaying your business logo and address to showing tax breakdowns and your Business Tax ID, these settings help ensure your invoices look professional and meet your compliance needs.

Accessing Invoice Settings

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Settings

  2. Select Advanced Settings.

  3. In the Checkout section, click Invoice Settings.

WARNING

Invoice settings apply retroactively — changes will affect how historical invoices appear when clients or staff view them.

Invoice Display Options

Each toggle controls whether that piece of information appears on all invoices across your business. Changes apply to both new and historical invoices.

Business Name, Logo, and Address
Toggle this on to display your business name, logo, and primary address in the invoice header. This reinforces your brand on every client-facing document. 

NOTE 
To update your business address, go to Settings → Advanced Settings → General Details.

Client Address Toggle this on if you need your client's billing address to appear on invoices. This is useful for businesses that require formal billing records.

Line Item Details Toggle this on to show the description, quantity, and price for each item on the invoice. This gives clients and bookkeepers a clear breakdown of what was purchased.

Participant Names Toggle this on to display the name of the participant associated with each line item. This is especially helpful for family accounts or group enrollments where multiple people may be on a single invoice.

Tax per Item Toggle this on to show a tax breakdown at the line-item level. This is recommended if your business charges sales tax and you want a cleaner audit trail. To configure your tax rates, go to Settings → Advanced Settings → Checkout → Sales Tax.

Business Tax ID Toggle this on if your business is required to display a Tax ID, EIN, VAT, or ABN on invoices. When enabled, you will be prompted to enter your ID number. 

NOTE:
The Business Tax ID label is determined by your language settings. If the label is incorrect, update your language settings under Settings → Advanced Settings → General Details
