Modifying Passes
You can edit Pass details after creation. Most updates will not affect previously sold passes; their original name, price, and visit count remain locked. However, if you add or remove applicable services, those changes will automatically update for existing pass holders.

Modifying Existing Passes
- At the top of any Pike13 page, click Settings, then click Passes.
- Select the pass to modify, and then click the Edit button of interest:
- Basic info
- Pass name of the item as it shows up in the store.
- Applicable services where the pass may be used to pay for visits
- Pass Description (short and full) as seen on the web
- Single-visit pass expiration notifies staff and the pass holder when the pass is about to expire - 7 day notice for passes less than 30 days or 30 day notice for passes longer than 30 days.
- Pricing
- Price of the item shown in the store.
- Visits determines the number of classes or appointments that can be scheduled using this pass.
- Unused visits expire after determines how long until the pass expires.
- Applicable taxes applied at time of sale.
- Revenue category used for reporting.
- Group rates
- Policies
- Terms and Conditions to be accepted by the client or account manager.
- Who can buy this on your Pike13 website? Allow/restrict clients or members from purchasing the plan on their own. This may be limited to only Staff selling the plan in person.
- Member status for a client with an active plan.
- At which location can this be used? Determines where the plan may be used.

Single Visit Passes
You cannot change the service covered by a single-visit pass that was issued automatically for a given enrollment.
