Modifying or Canceling Scheduled Classes

Rescheduling Classes

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Schedule.
  2. Find and click the class to change.
  3. Click Change Schedule.
  4. Select from the following:
    1. Change this instance only
    2. Change this and all future instances
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Modify any of the following:
    1. Location of the class
    2. Start Date or Time of the class
    3. End Time of the class
    4. Who the class is Instructed by
      1. You may add or remove staff as necessary. There may be multiple staff for the same classes.
    5. Room in which the class takes place. Multiple rooms may be added.
    6. Whether or not to send a client notification with a summary of the changes being made.
  7. Click Save.

Warning

Adding Future Classes

If you select the last day of the series, you will not have the option to select this and all future instances and change how often a class repeats. To change how often a class is repeated, you will need to select a prior date in the series where attendance has not been confirmed.

Canceling Future Classes

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Schedule.
  2. Find the class to cancel.
    1. Click the Gear Icon to show Calendar Settings and filters.
    2. Click Services, then click None.
    3. Select the service you are trying to delete. Ensure it is the only one with a green checkmark.
    4. Close the Calendar Settings modal.
  3. Click the class to cancel.
    1. Using the Month view for the calendar may be most helpful if you have trouble finding remaining offerings.
  4. Click Cancel Class.
  5. Select from the following:
    1. Change this instance only
    2. Change this and all future instances
      1. If you are attempting to delete the entire service, select this option to clear the entire series at once. This may need to be repeated for other times that the class is offered.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Choose whether or not to remove the event from the calendar.
    1. If you choose to leave it on the calendar, you may Remove from Calendar later on. However, once it's removed, it cannot be recovered.
    2. If you are attempting to delete the entire service, select Remove from Calendar.
  8. Choose whether or not to send a client notification with a summary of the changes being made. 
  9. Add custom text to the email they will receive if applicable.
  10. Click Finish.

If you are attempting to delete the entire service, you may need to repeat the instructions above until all events for this service type are canceled and removed from the calendar.
