Credit Card Processing
Pike13 is not a payment processor and does not directly handle your credit/debit card or ACH transactions. Instead, we securely connect your site to a PCI-compliant gateway to manage payments safely and seamlessly. Only the Primary Owner of the business may request changes for payment processing.

How Credit Card Processing Works
Pike13 handles the interface, but our partners handle the money. Here is the step-by-step flow of a transaction:
-
Checkout: A client enters their card details during a purchase in Pike13.
-
Tokenization: Pike13 immediately encrypts and tokenizes the data. We never store raw credit card information.
-
Transmission: Tokenized data is sent to your gateway, which acts as a secure bridge to banking networks.
-
Authorization: The gateway communicates with the client's bank to approve or decline the charge.
-
Settlement: Approved funds are batched, settled, and deposited into your merchant bank account.
Payment Processing Options

Celero Commerce (Preferred Partner)
Celero Commerce (formerly TransNational) offers two gateways that integrate with Pike13: the Celero Surcharging Gateway and the standard Celero gateway, which runs on Network Merchants, Inc. (NMI). Either gateway links your Pike13 site directly to your merchant account, and all sensitive data is stored within Celero's encrypted, PCI-compliant vault.
- Celero Surcharging Gateway: Supports surcharging, which lets you add a fee to credit card transactions to help offset processing costs. It is also required for Pike13's updated checkout experience and one-time payment links.
- Standard Celero gateway (NMI): Supports credit card processing but does not include surcharging.
Ready to start? For the fastest setup, apply with Celero to use surcharging functionality to help offset credit card fees.

Stripe
Stripe offers a streamlined, all-in-one integration for credit card processing.
Setup: Create a Stripe account, then contacthelp@pike13.com so our team can enable Stripe merchant processing for your site. Each processor sets its own fees, so review Stripe's pricing to make sure it's the right fit.Integration: Once enabled by our team, you can link your Stripe account credentials directly within your Pike13 settings to begin accepting payments.
Existing Stripe account: You can connect a Stripe account you already use. If clients have saved cards in it, follow Stripe's instructions to copy data between accounts, then let us know and we'll bring the cards into Pike13.
Moving cards from another processor: Ask your current processor to export your customer and payment data, encrypted with Stripe's security key, and submit Stripe's migration request form. Once Stripe finishes, let us know and we'll import the cards into Pike13. This can take a few weeks.
Warning:
Once Stripe is enabled, your current payment gateway in Pike13 is disabled.
