Canceling or Ending Client Plans

 Plans in Pike13 can be recurring or prepaid. Prepaid plans have an end date when they are purchased, but many recurring plans do not. Learn how to cancel plans and how to modify their end dates below.

Canceling Prepaid and Recurring Plans

  1. Go to the Client's profile
  2. Under Plans & Passes, select the prepaid plan or recurring plan, you wish to Cancel.
  3. Click the "Cancel" button on the right hand side.
  4. This will immediately end the plan.

Changing Prepaid Plan End Dates

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page, click Clients, then select the client of interest.
  2. In the right menu of the client's profile page, click Plans & Passes.
  3. Select the prepaid plan you wish to modify.
  4. In the Duration section, click Set End Date.
  5. Click on the Last day of use box and select the new end date.
  6. Click Save.

Changing Recurring Plan End Dates

  1. t the top of any Pike13 page, click Clients, then select the client of interest.
  2. In the right menu of the client's profile page, click Plans & Passes.
  3. Select the recurring plan you wish to modify.
  4. In the Duration section, click Set End Date.
    1. Selecting an earlier end date
      1. Scheduled visits after the new end date will be considered unpaid unless the client has another applicable plan or pass to pay for them.
    2. Selecting a later end date
      1. This extends the amount of time that the prepaid pass visits may be used to pay for service.
  5. Click on the Last day of use box.
  6. Select a new end date.
    1. Selecting an earlier end date
      1. Invoices due after the new end date will be cancelled. Scheduled visits after the new end date will be considered unpaid unless the client has another applicable plan or pass to pay for them. The end date cannot be backdated before today.
    2. Selecting a later end date
      1. Invoices due after the new end date will be reopened and any invoices due after the new end date will be cancelled.
    3. Selecting Clear to remove an end date
      1. Invoices that were cancelled will be reopened as if there had never been an end date.
  7. Click Save.

Warning

Last Bill Proration

Adding or adjusting the end date will NOT prorate the final bill. This must be done manually by clicking on the last bill and modifying the price.
