Delete or Stop Selling Passes

When businesses change, so can Pike13. If you want to discontinue sales of a particular pass type, you can either stop selling it or delete it from your plans listed in Pike13. Once a plan has been sold, it may not be deleted, but you can still prevent new sales from happening.

  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Stop Selling or Delete a Pass

  1. Click on Settings at the top of any page, then click Passes.
  2. Choose the Pass you wish to stop selling or remove.
  3. Click on Stop Selling or Delete on the right hand side.
    1. You may only Delete a pass type if it has never been sold.
    2. Once a pass type has been sold you can only Stop Selling them.

Resume Selling a Pass

You can start selling a suspended pass again by selecting the suspended pass and choosing to Resume Selling.
