Updating and Scheduling New Prices for Recurring Plans

Price changes are a normal part of business. With Pike13's price change tool, you can update recurring plan prices for future sales and even include active recurring plans across the board ensuring consistency and maximizing revenue. Learn how to schedule these changes in advance below.

Who can use this feature?

  • Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ✅Advanced, ✅Essential
  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Price Changes for Recurring Plans

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page click Settings, then click Plans.

  2. Select the recurring plan you wish to update.

  3. In the Pricing section click Edit.

  4. In the Existing Plan section set the toggle for Update Existing Plan Holder to On (green).

  5. Choose whether to keep or remove existing discounts and/or price adjustments.

  6. Select any applicable plans in the list of active plans that will be updated.

  7. Set a new price by entering a percentage increase or an updated price per payment. You do not need to enter both.

  8. For an immediate update, you may leave the Effective Date blank or set it to today's date. Select a date in the future to schedule the change for later.

    1. Invoices that include one of the selected plan types that are due on or after the Effective Date will be updated to reflect the new price on the selected date.

  9. Click Save.

Notes

These changes will not affect clients on a group rate plan. Use the Edit button in the Group Rates section for those plans.

If a client is not current on their billing or they are on hold, a new bill will not be generated, which will prevent the price change from taking effect on the effective date.

Price Changes for Recurring Plans with Group Rates

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page click Settings, then click Plans.

  2. Select the plan you wish to update.

  3. In the Group Rates section click Edit.

  4. Click Edit by the the group rate you wish to update.

  5. Update the price in the How much do you want to charge? section.

  6. In the Existing Group Rate Plans section, toggle Update Existing Group Rates to On (green).

  7. Choose whether to keep or remove existing discounts and/or price adjustments.

  8. Select applicable plans in the list to be updated.

  9. For an immediate update, you may leave the Effective Date blank or set it to today's date. Select a date in the future to schedule the change in advance.

  10. Click Update.
