Updating Branded App Colors and Assets

Owners and Managers can submit assets and select colors for their branded app in Advanced Settings.

Who can use this feature?

  • Pike13 Plans: ✅Premium, ❌Advanced, ❌Essential
  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Updating Assets

  1. Login to your Pike13 website.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Choose Advanced Settings.
  4. From the menu under Branding, select Branded Mobile App.

    1. If you do not see Branded Mobile App, please reach out to the support team at help@pike13.com so it can be enabled for your business.
  5. Click on Assets and Information.
  6. You may update the following fields:
    1. Assets and Information:
      1. App Name
      2. Marketing site URL
      3. Business Logo
      4. Google Play Store Feature Graphic
      5. Store and Phone Icon
      6. Background
      7. Tester's E-Mail Addresses
    2. Apple App Store
      1. Developer Account Name
      2. App Category
      3. Keywords
      4. Description
    3. Google Play Store
      1. Short Description
      2. Full Description
  7. After updating all fields, click Submit.
  8. Our team will submit these changes to both app stores.

Updating Colors

  1. Login to your Pike13 website.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Choose Advanced Settings.
  4. From the menu under Branding, select Branded Mobile App.

    1. If you do not see Branded Mobile App, please reach out to the support team at help@pike13.com so it can be enabled for your business.
  5. Click Theme Editor.
  6. You may use one of the preset Themes in the first tab by clicking Preview, then click Apply to save changes.
  7. For more options, click the Colors tab.
    1. This will give you 5 colors to change:
      1. Primary Color
      2. Background Color
      3. On Interactive Primary
      4. On Primary
      5. Interactive Primary
    2. Click the color you wish to change and use the color picker displayed.
  8. For the most control over the colors shown in the app, click the Advanced Settings tab.

  9. Review the changes in the preview on the right of the page.
  10. Click Apply to save changes.
