Downloading Premium Reports
Once you've found or built a report you need, you can download it directly to your computer in a variety of formats. Downloads are available from any Look, Explore, or Dashboard.

- User Roles: ✅ Primary Owner, ✅ Owner, ✅ Manager, ❌ Staff, ❌ Limited Staff
Downloading a Look or Explore
- Open the Look or Explore you want to download.
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner and select Download.
- Choose your preferences:
- File Format — Choose from CSV, Excel (XLSX), TXT, JSON, HTML, Markdown, or PNG (image of the visualization).
- Results — Choose With visualization options applied to format the download similarly to what you see on screen, or As displayed in the data table for a plain data export.
- Values — Choose Formatted to match the on-screen experience, or Unformatted for raw data (best when feeding data into another tool).
- Rows — Choose Results in table (up to the Look's row limit) or Custom (up to 5,000 rows).
- Click Download to save the file to your computer, or Open in Browser to preview it first.
Downloading a Dashboard
- Open the Dashboard you want to download.
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Choose your preferred format:
- Download as PDF — Saves the full dashboard as a PDF. Optionally choose Single column format for easier reading, or expand Advanced options to set paper size and orientation.
- Download as CSVs — Creates a zipped folder with one CSV file per dashboard tile.
- Click Download.
