Creating Levels and Skills

Once your Skill Program is created, you can define the specific Levels students and the skills evaluated for each level. Students are automatically added to a Level based on the classes they attend.

Who can use this feature?

  • User Roles: ✅Primary Owner, ✅Owner, ✅Manager, ❌Staff, ❌Limited Staff

Creating Levels

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page click Settings, then click Skill Tracking.

  2. Select the program you wish to modify, then click Edit.

  3. Enter the following details:

    1. Level Name (required)

    2. Level Description

  4. Click Add to Program Levels.

Creating Skills

  1. At the top of any Pike13 page click Settings, then click Skill Tracking.

  2. Select the program you wish to modify, then click Edit.

     

  3. Find the level of interest and click + Add a Skill.
  4. Enter the following details:
    1. Skill Name
    2. Skill Description
    3. Select a Tracking Method:
      1. Scale Rating: set a minimum and maximum score
      2. Pass/Fail: binary pass or fail
      3. Tiered Evaluation: try again, pass, expert
      4. Percentage: set a percentage required to pass
  5. Click Add when finished.
Repeat the steps on this page until your full curriculum is added. Students will progress through each level sequentially; once all levels are passed, the program is marked as Complete.
