With Premium Reporting, businesses can create a report to show the number of clients who had an active membership during a specified time range.
Steps for Setting up this Report
- Click on the bar graph in the upper right hand corner.
- Select Premium Reporting
- From the right side menu, choose Explores.
- Under Clients & Staff, select the Client Passes & Plans report.
- Remove all displayed fields by clicking on the gear icon and choosing Remove.
- Click on the arrow next to Client Passes & Plans, select the following fields listed below:
- Under Client, select First Name, Last Name and Email
- Under Plan, select Pass/Plan Name
- Under Start Date, select Start Date
- Select End Date
- Under Client, select First Name, Last Name and Email
Setting up Filters for your Report
- Add the following filters.
- Next to End Date, click on the filter icon.
- Do the same for Pass/Plan Name and Start Date.
- Next to End Date, click on the filter icon.
- Set values for each Filters.
- Pass/Plan Name:
- Select all the plans and passes that when purchased make a client a member.
- Start Date:
- Set the date when you wish to include all plans were purchased prior to this date
- End Date:
- Set the end date for Passes/Plans to include only active products.
