With the Pike13 and MySkillchart integration, staff will be able to schedule and manage clients in Pike13 while tracking their progress in MySkillChart. To begin, we recommend setting up the following first in Pike13 to optimize the use of MySkillChart.
Pike13 Setup
Adding Clients & Families
Your entire client list in Pike13 will be imported to MySkillChart. For this reason, we recommend only adding in your active clients. Families will be imported to MySkillChart with the same Account Manager and Dependent relationship as in Pike13.
Adding Staff
Your Pike13 staff will be imported in and assigned a corresponding MySkillChart permission level. Pike13 owners and managers will be Admins in MySkillChart. Staff and Limited Staff will be Instructors in MySkillChart.
Creating Class Services
The only service that will be imported to MySkillChart is weekly group classes. Appointments and Courses cannot be imported. The import will also include 2 weeks of the class service's schedule - the current week and the following week.
For each group class the following data will appear:
- Class Name
- Day of week the class is offered (Ex. Tuesday)
- Time the class is offered (Ex. 5-6 pm)
- Staff/Instructor assigned to the class
- Location/Room assigned to the class.
MySkillChart Setup
Once the data in Pike13 has been moved to MySkillChart, you can begin setting up MySkillChart. For more information, please visit their help center. Here you will find articles and videos on how to set up your skill tracking workflow.
Note
