Only the Primary Owner of the account may submit a cancellation request. If you're unsure who the Primary Owner is, please reach out to sales@pike13.com.

30-Day Notice Required: Pike13 requires a 30-day notice for all cancellations. Your account will remain active and billable during this notice period.

Once your form is submitted, you'll receive a follow-up email outlining the next steps and a final confirmation once the cancellation is fully processed.
