Client Signup
Our development team is continually working to enhance our product. One of the requests we have had is improving the sign up experience for new clients. This month, we have released a new update that makes the choice of who you are signing up clearer for new clients.
If your business's client signup is set to No single type of person signs up most, new clients will now see the 3 options simply stated. After they enter their email, new clients will select if they are signing up themselves, their children or both. Once they make that choice they will be walked through the appropriate sign up process configured by your business.
When a new client chooses to sign up Your children, both parent and child profiles are clearly labeled. New clients will be prompted to add their child’s information first followed by their parent/guardian information. Once they have completed the required fields for your business, they will be able to select Sign up to create their account.
If they are choosing to sign up both themselves and their children, new clients will also complete their child’s profile first followed by their own.
Client Signup Settings
Along with the new client sign up workflow, we have also enhanced Client Signup Settings. When choosing Who signs up at your business?, the difference between the 3 choices is clearer. After selecting the best choice for your business, you will be able to configure the client sign up settings for client, non-client or dependent.
Reporting on Bulk Enrollment
With our new update, businesses can easily run reports on clients who are bulk enrolled into services. In the Enrollment Report, you will see a new field called Bulk Enrolled?. In both Premium and Standard reporting, you can apply this filter to create enrollment reports for clients who have been bulk enrolled into a series vs. clients who are enrolled in individual sessions.
