LoopSpark is an integrated CRM tool that provides staff task management, marketing, and email/SMS two-way messaging in the U.S. and Canada. The LoopSpark integration does not support account manager/dependent relationships. For that reason, LoopSpark is best for fitness businesses that serve only adults.

The following information is sent to LoopSpark from Pike13:

  • Client profile information including custom fields
  • Visit information including the various status of each enrollment
    • Enrolled
    • Late Cancel
    • No Show
    • Completed
  • Purchases
  • Person Pass/Plan details
    • Pass/Plan name
    • Status (Active, On Hold, Inactive)
    • Start date/End date

Tips on Setting up LoopSpark

While no setup is required within your Pike13 site to enable the integration with LoopSpark, you will need to connect your LoopSpark account to Pike13 through our API. After signing up for an account with LoopSpark, they will provide the necessary information to complete the integration.
