As your business changes, you may wish to reconfigure your current passes and plans. After your reconfigure your pass or plan, clients who purchase this pass or plan will have the new reconfigured plan or pass. For clients who have already purchased the pass or plan prior to the change, some of the changes you made will impact their previously purchased active pass or plan as well.
Below are a list of settings you can update in each product and whether or not the change made in this product will effect the active pass or plan a client purchased prior to making the update.

Updating terms and conditions that require a check box will not require clients who have previously purchased to accept the new terms. |
Group rates |
Adding new group rates will not update
Update group rates will only impact previously sold passes where you are adding a new pass participant after the update.
