A separate subscription with Brandbot is required to begin using Brandbot with Pike13

If you're on the Pike13 Pro Plan, you can link your BrandBot account with Pike13. BrandBot is best for businesses working with families and kids. With Brandbot, you can keep your families informed and engaged through messaging and emails. The integration is built out to ensure that activities for kids are connected to the parent emails in their platform.

BrandBot is a complete CRM with sales and marketing messaging and includes:

  • Emails and text messaging in the U.S. and Canada are available.
  • Task management for staff is included.
  • Scheduled or automated marketing can be done through their platform.

Shared Data

BrandBot has built out the integration with Pike13 using our APIs and Webhooks. The following information is pulled from Pike13 into BrandBot:

  • Client profile information including custom fields
  • Visit information including the various status of each enrollment
    • Enrolled
    • Late Cancel
    • No Show
    • Completed
  • Purchases
  • Person Pass/Plan details
    • Pass/Plan name
    • Status (Active, On Hold, Inactive)
    • Start date/End date

Tips on Setting up BrandBot

Once you have signed up for an account with BrandBot, BrandBot will integrate your account with Pike13. Nothing needs to be setup within Pike13 to enable the integration.
