If you're using other tools to collect your Member or Lead contact information, Zapier might be a good option to automate adding those contacts as Pike13 Clients. Many popular CRM, Marketing Automation, and Form tools integrate with Zapier. See Zapier's full directory here: https://zapier.com/apps.
Here are the available fields when creating a new Pike13 Client through Zapier:
- Home Location
- First Name
- Last Name
- Custom Fields
- Option to send welcome email
- Option to issue complementary pass
Creating your Zap
Step 1 - Trigger Step
Start your Zap by creating a Trigger from your tool of choice. We'll use TypeForm here as an example and trigger when a New Entry is submitted. The available Triggers and Data are unique for each tool so instructions may slightly differ. Contact Zapier Help or your software provider for further assistance with Triggering from other tools.
Step 2 - Action Step
Add an Action Step for Pike13 Find Person. We recommend using this Action instead of Create Person to avoid creating duplicate client profiles for users that might already exist in your Pike13 Client list. Using Find Person, you'll first search to see if the person exists then only create them if don't.
