Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your favorite apps, such as Gmail, Slack, MailChimp, Quickbooks Online and over 1,000 more. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks, also known as Zaps. A Zap is a connection, or integration, between two or more apps that automates a task. A Zap is made of a Trigger (ex: When a new person is added to your business on Pike13) and an Action (ex: Create and send a new email message via Gmail).
Zaps run automatically to move and manage data without any work on your part. For more information on building a Zap, visit the How to Create a Zap Guide in the Zapier Learning Center.

Getting Started
Pike13’s Zapier Integration requires a Pike13 Professional subscription and a Zapier subscription. The integration can be found by searching for the "Pike13" app in Zapier or by visiting our Zapier integration page.
A free or paid subscription with Zapier is required to begin using Zapier with Pike13. Multi-step zaps will require a paid subscription.
Available Triggers
A Trigger is the event in an app that starts the Zap. Once you set up a Zap, Zapier will monitor the app for that event. Below is a list of the Triggers that Pike13 provides through Zapier.

Person created
Triggers when a new client is added to your Pike13 Business.
Person updated
Triggers when an existing client is updated on your Pike13 Business.

Transaction created
When a new payment or refund is run through Pike13.

Event occurrence upcoming
This Trigger will fire your Zap for each upcoming Event. The trigger will fire 24, 48, or 72 hours before the start of the event, depending on the Service’s configured Reminder period.
If the service has reminder’s disabled, it will trigger 24 hours before the start of the event. If an Event is created after the reminder period has already passed, it will fire shortly after being created.

Available Actions
The Action is the event that completes the Zap. There are two types of Actions: Create and Search. Zaps can have more than one Action. Below is a list of the Actions and Searches that Pike13 provides through Zapier.
Create Person
Create a new Client in your Pike13 Business.
Update Person
Update an existing Client in your Pike13 Business.
Search Person (& Optionally Create)
Search for an existing Client in your Pike13 Business. If they don't exist, optionally create a new Client.
Search Invoice
Search for an existing Invoice in your Pike13 Business
Post Roster Note
This action allows you to post private, public, and website notes to your Rosters. As a reminder, Private notes are only seen by staff members, Public Notes are sent to everyone currently enrolled and can be seen by only clients that enroll, and website notes are sent to everyone currently enrolled, but can be seen on the schedule for any user, whether they are enrolled or not.

Who can use the Zapier integration with Pike13?
Only Staff Members with the role of Owner or Primary Owner can use Pike13 with Zapier. You must also have a Professional subscription.

How do I mange leads using Zapier?
