Clients can purchase a recurring plan to pay for their visits to your business, making it easier to manage access and billing. With Pike13, you can create recurring plans that bill on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. When setting up a plan, you’ll define what services it covers, whether clients can purchase it directly from your Pike13 site, and any visit limitations—such as one visit per week, one per month, or unlimited visits.

Copying an existing Recurring Plan
If you have a recurring plan that is similar instead of creating a new one, you can choose to duplicate an Existing Plan. Once the duplicate has been created, you can update the plan settings.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Plans.
- Choose +Duplicate Existing Plan.
- Select the existing plan you wish to duplicate.
- Type in a new name.
- Click +Create.
- Update the Plan Settings.
- Select Resume Selling.
Creating a Recurring Plan
- Go to Settings.
- Select Plans.
- Choose + New Plan.
- Select + New Recurring Plan.
- Type in the name, description, and terms & conditions.
- Click Next Step.
- Set the price, signup fee, the desired billing cycle for a recurring plan, and revenue category.
- Click Next Step.
- Choose if this plan limits number of visits.
- Click No if the clients have an unlimited number of visits.
- Click Yes if you wish to limit visits. From here set the limit per week or per month or per billing cycle and if unused visits can rollover to the next time period.
- Select who can purchase it online, whether this plan makes someone a member, plan hold settings, required number of payments, and whether clients can cancel their plan online.
- Click Save.
- Select the services this plan pays for.
- Click Save.

Send receipts for recurring automatic payments
Receipts for recurring automatic payments can be sent through Pike13. To enable this go to Settings and select Advanced Settings. Under Client Management, select Recurring Billing and change it from No to Yes.
Configuring Additional Settings for a Recurring Plan
- Go to Settings > Plans and select the plan you want to modify.
- Along with the settings you modified when you created the plan, there are more settings you may want to adjust:
- Group Rates - want to offer a family discount? Add group rates to your plan to offer a discounted rate for multiple family members on a plan.
- Rollover visits - want your clients to be able to roll over visits that they haven’t used? Edit How often can clients use this? and enable unused visits to rollover.
- You can also preview the email notifications that will be sent to your clients when they purchase this plan.

Billing Cycle
Our new feature allows you to select to refresh visits on the billing cycle. If you choose to refresh visits on the billing cycle. If you offer 3 visits/week and bill every 4 weeks, setting the visits to renew on the billing cycle will allow your clients to have 12 visits for those 4 weeks.
