Under People you Manage, you can add another person to your account by clicking on Manage Another Person.
Once the person has been added, you can click on their profile name in order to pay for, schedule and review services.
As the account manager of the dependent account(s), you can sign up for services and receive notifications on their behalf.

Reviewing Payment Information.
Review payment information for your dependent in your (the Account manager’s) profile, which you can see by clicking Payment Methods in the right menu of your profile.
