To give businesses more control, Owner profiles can configure which individual staff members can send public notes, add/mange pay rates and add payroll items for a staff member.

Staff member reporting access
To give a staff member access to your Pike13 business and/or financial reports:
- Click on Staff at the top of any page.
- Choose the staff member you would like to give additional reporting access to.
- In the right hand menu under Advanced Actions, choose Allow Basic Reporting Access or Allow Financial Reporting Access.
Allow Staff member to send public notes
- Go to Settings and select Staff Permissions
- Select Change next to Send Public Notes.
- Toggle the switch to on for staff you want to send public notes and off for those you don't.
Note
Limited Staff and Public Notes.
As an owner, you can set up limited staff members to send public notes to your clients. By default, limited staff can only leave private notes. You can access this through Settings - Staff Permissions.
Staff Member Permissions: Add/Manage Pay Rates
Manage Pay Rates allows your managers and owners to set up and manage pay rates for your services and staff members.
- Go to Settings - Staff Permissions
- Select Change next to Manage Pay Rates
- Toggle the switch on for Owners or Managers that you want to have access

Pay Rates and Visibility
Pay Rates are only shown to managers with this permission enabled on the Staff tab or in Advanced Settings. They cannot see pay rates in the services.
Staff Member Permissions: Add Payroll Items
The Submit and View Pay Items section gives managers and owners the option to add pay rates to other staff member profiles.
- Go to Settings - Staff Permissions
- Select Change next to Submit and View Pay Items
- Toggle the switch on for Owners or Managers that you want to have access:
